1. Acceptance
By using DocManager you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted use
- DocManager is provided for lawful document storage and management purposes only.
- You must not upload illegal content, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- You are responsible for all content uploaded under your account.
3. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Organisation administrators are responsible for the actions of users within their organisation.
- Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Storage and availability
- Storage is subject to the quota set by your DocManager provider.
- The service is provided on a best-effort basis. No uptime guarantee is made unless separately agreed in writing.
- Your provider is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure where backups were not maintained.
5. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms. Account administrators may delete their own account at any time from the Settings page.
6. Limitation of liability
DocManager is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
